A period townhouse offering fantastic sea views across one of Brighton's finest squares, in the centre of town. The atmosphere is informal and friendly, and the lounge has newspapers, books, games and a 50's jukebox.
The sea-view rooms are spacious and splendid - yet warm and welcoming. Our standard rooms are pretty good too. All rooms are lovely and clean, en-suite, and with tea and coffee making facilities.

Accommodation Facilities
Seven double or triple rooms are available, four of which have stupendous views of the sea and pier. These include a stunning balcony room. We also have a large single room.
All rooms are en-suite.
We ask that you book for two nights at weekends and three at bank holidays - so many people want to do so that we have to accommodate them. If you can only stay for one night then please ring us the evening before and we'll do our best to help.
A choice of continental breakfasts is available as an optional extra.
