This cottage sleeps 4/5, lounge with leather three piece suite and cosy rugs.

Large kitchen with open plan dining room. Included are cooker, fridge, washer, kettle, toaster, microwave.

 

 

 

Two large bedrooms one with kingsize bed, the other with two single beds.(Room for a z bed or cot)
Bathroom with shower and WC. Oil fired central heating throughout.

How to book your Self-catering Cottage

• Choose the property you require (Dick Turpin's Nook Cottage or Horseshoe Cottage) and the dates for your holiday.
• Call 01538 756464 for availability.
• Cheques should be made payable to Eyres Cottages and sent to:
  Mrs J Eyre, Springhill Farm, Breach Lane, Totmonslow, Trean, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST10 4JL
• The balance is then due 28 days before the beginning of your holiday. We will send receipts by return of post.

   

  Tariff for both Self-catering Cottages

  Dick Turpins Nook - Sleeps 2/3 - Low Season: £165-£300 - High Season: £310-£361
  Horseshoe Cottage - Sleeps 4/5- Low Season: £200-£370 - High Season: £390-£480
  
  Sorry we do not take any bookings for less than two nights
  
  2 night breaks start on Friday and Saturdays
  3 night breaks start on Fridays
  4 night breaks start on Mondays
  Weekly breaks go from Saturday to Saturday
  
  Terms and Conditions
  
  Availability
  Accommodation is available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and we ask you leave to leave by 10.30am on the day of departure, so that the property can be prepared for the next visitors. Guests are requested to leave the property clean and tidy. Any breakages should be paid for prior to departure.Linen
  Bed linen and towels are provided at no extra cost (except cot sheet and blankets). Heating and Light
  These are included in the price
  
  Smoking
  The property itself is no smoking but please feel free to smoke outside the building ensuring that the cigarette ends are disposed of appropriately. Pets
  Well behaved pets are welcome however a small fee per week /short break charge per animal is required a maximum of two dogs. We ask for them to be kept on leads at all time and kept on ground level of the properties. Dog foul must be picked up and disposed of appropriately. Cancellation A cancellation charge is on a sliding scale. If the accommodation has been confirmed and subsequently cancelled a cancellation charge on a sliding scale of the total booking price will be charged.
