Welcome to a delightful farmhouse bed and breakfast five minutes' drive from Leamington Spa and ideally placed to explore Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, the Heart of England and the Cotswolds.
Set in six acres of stunning Warwickshire countryside, including large gardens, a running stream and woodland, Mill House provides quiet privacy, with secure and generous parking, having electric gates at the entrance.
Originally known as Quineton Mill in the 13th century, Mill House has been fully renovated to include a working waterwheel situated where the original stood, and the accompanying mill pond.
Mill House also functions as a working free range egg and poultry farm, guaranteeing you have the freshest of eggs with your full English breakfast.
Mill House is inspected each year and has been awarded a 4 star rating by enjoyEngland.

Our three rooms are all stylishly furnished, recently re-furbished and well equipped:
All rooms have either en-suite or private bathrooms.
All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, also biscuits and mineral water.
Accommodation is sufficiently spacious to enable your family to visit you at any time.
Rooms:
Room 1 - Double ensuite: This spacious double room has an en-suite bathroom and overlooks the rear garden
Room 2 - Single ensuite: This bedroom overlooks the large lawned area at the front of the house.
Room 3 - Double with private shower: This double room is situated in the oldest part of the house. It has vaulted ceilings and overlooks the front garden. The private shower room is directly opposite.

HOW TO FIND US
Mill House is located just south of Offchurch on Offchurch Lane. The house is about 50 metres beyond the hump back bridge over the canal travelling from Radford Semele towards Offchurch. Our entrance is on the right hand side and marked by a substantial brick entrance and electric gates.
You can find is just off the A425 Southam Road. Take the left turn to Offchurch and you'll find us on the right hand side.
